Last day of training, the last day of Dashboard week.
Today we had to work with sleep data. The data set contains information collected from over 400 individuals. It details their sleeping habits and patterns when they go to sleep when they wake up, and it also shows how long they actually spent sleeping while in bed and in which sleep stage. There are also fields about lifestyle, like smoking, alcohol, and caffeine consumption.
I decided to focus on what ware the differences between smokers and non-smokers regarding sleep efficiency and sleep quality. Unsurprisingly, smokers sleep less and have less quality sleep. The situation is even worse for women smokers (and there's no significant difference between male/female non-smokers).
I ended up on a dashboard that reads from left to right and then down, which I personally didn't like, but it was how I planned it at the start and later didn't want to commit time to find a better layout.
I'm satisfied with the week and very happy the training is over!
